[summer is here!]
On the other hand let us move along into another aspect of my life, Weight Watchers. As some of you may or may not know that's how I lost a lot of weight a long time ago and now I am back on it and minus 18 pounds already.. love them, love their program. A lot of people who don't know about WW refer to it as a diet.. sometimes I hear things like "Is THAT part of your diet??" well well well my friends. That's the difference with WW it's not a diet, more of a lifestyle change, they teach people about portion control, nutritional information, and how to eat in moderation. Therefore, YES, I can have that.. for example today's breakfast/lunch looked like this..
[Beach Hut]
Two buscuits with sausage gravy & that my friends was delicious. And that is why people are so successful on WW, you don't deprive yourself, there's nothing you "can't" have.. that's why people are duhhhhhh winning! Anyhow this is not an ad or a ploy haha, we all have cheat days so let's embrace them, not shun them! That is all.
While I am working on a Sunday, most people would be sad about this, I indeed was slightly upset when I found out it was going to be 90 degrees and sunny, I do love being tan! Then I realized I kind of have a 3 day week in the middle of the week. Who can say that? After working Monday, Tuesday we have a meeting for the station at Latitude 30 and then bowling.. BOOM. I love bowling. Wednesday the sun better continue to shine because Wednesday Friendsday will be in full effect.. what is Wednesday Friendsday? It's an amazing invention where friends get together on the beach and have a great time! Hopefully the weather cooperates, Ashley will be in town so drinks will be had! Then the third day of my midweek weekend Thursday, my hair will finally be back to it's full blond potential, and then after Ashley's magic is worked on my hair I'm hosting an event or something like that at the Clay County Fair! I love fairs..
I love a lot of things but I don't love the crazy drunk homeless man that told me I was "fully loaded" in no particular context, odd. Happy Sunday Funday!!
